What to do?

Good afternoon. Great forum, where you can talk to advice on various topics. I have been saving up for three years for an apartment. I have saved up a decent amount. I do not want to just buy and live, but I want to invest and have a passive income. I was advised Turkish real estate, as it is always in fashion. Many people have holidays there and life is good in Turkey. Please advise me on how to buy real estate or buy a house in my own country.
