Can you take off permanent eyeliner?

You've probably heard of lotions for tattoo removal that promise to remove pigmented ink from the skin by fading and lightening it. However, the majority of topical treatments do not reach the pigment by penetrating the skin deeply enough. These lotions' chemical components frequently contain bleaching chemicals and are not subject to regulation. It is not recommended to apply these lotions this close to your eyes because they may burn, leave lasting scars, change the color of your skin, and irritate it. Even though cosmetic eyeliner tattoos are technically and physically possible to erase, doing so is difficult, unpleasant, and expensive, according to the permanent makeup clinic. Sometimes it's almost impossible to get the pigment out. Furthermore, if done incorrectly, there is a major risk to your eyes and the skin around them.
