Otis Perkins was a powerlifter who was aged 39 when died in a car accident. He was known as ‘Black Tom Cruise’. Otis Perkins car accident happened a week before he died on July 24. He had a car accident in which he got major injuries but as he had pneumonia so due to high fever and lung complications, enough oxygen couldn’t reach his lungs and so his heart gave out which finally led to his death. The news of his death was confirmed by his training partner Larry ‘Wheels’ Williams.
