Like most people think fat does muscle weigh more than fat, do you? Well, if we think, our common sense will tell us that a pound of muscle and a pound of fat will weigh same as ‘Pound is Pound’ but fat and muscle do differ in density, which means if we look at 10 pounds of muscle and 10 pounds of fat, the fat will take up more space or volume than muscle.
