First, make sure you set the correct time and date for your Bigpond email account. This can cause your account to display the incorrect date or time. You can manually change this setting, or you can let Windows set the time and date for you. In either case, you will need to restart your device. After that, you should be able to log into your Bigpond email again. This process usually takes about 30 minutes.
