CIPD level 3 covers vital HR topics like Employment law, recruitment, and selection, employee relations, etc. The aim of CIPD level 3 is for individuals who have no prior knowledge of HR or who have little experience in the field and want to start a career in HR. The duration of CIPD level 3 usually takes 6 to 10 months to finish. The duration is well based on the student's past experience and knowledge of HR. But then the question is the CIPD level 3 hard to complete it?
