For cancelling the payment you first have to loginto your paypal. Then visit the activity tab located on header. Then tap on payment you want to cancel then you will see the word cancel. Then tap on it. Then if you payment is not claimed or pending then you may cancel your payment. This is how to cancel paypal payment
